He has taken over the ministry, and now is in total control. Anyone who steps out of line will be hunted down and killed by his death eaters.

Okay, we're having a contest ^^ , a FRIENDLY contest! Whoever wants to participate makes this banner. It must be the size of this site's logo. Then, we'll put them up to be voted on on Yin & Yang's graphic site! The winner's banner will be put up on this site, second place winner gets to design our site an affiliate, must be the same size as our other affiliate banners. Third place winner gets an icon avatar designed by Yin & Yang Graphics ^^ espically for you of whatever you want, everyone will receive karma for participating ^^.
